Not at all! We offer classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through each pose and offer modifications to suit your level.
We provide yoga mats, but you're welcome to bring your own. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bringing a water bottle.
Most of our regular classes are 60-75 minutes long. We also offer shorter 45-minute express classes and longer 90-minute intensive sessions.
Absolutely! We offer a free first class for new students. This allows you to experience our studio and teaching style before committing to a package.
We ask that you cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled class time. You can easily cancel through our online booking system or by calling the studio.

Most of our classes are designed for adults 18+. However, we do offer family yoga sessions and teen yoga classes. Please check the class descriptions for age requirements.
